Faith Formation, Grades K through 12

Welcome to the Faith Formation program!
Registration for our 2018-19 Faith Formation sessions and Sacrament Prep is now open and we invite and encourage you to register online using the link below.   There are some new and exciting changes to the Faith Formation program in the coming year. Our program will focus on the qualities of disciples: prayer, service and Church teachings with different aspects of the same topic being empasized at each grade level to better facilitate family discussion.  The sessions will include large group gatherings, small group discussions, music, video presentations and activities together to reinforce the message that week. The program is broken down into two 6 week blocks with family sessions interspersed throughout the year that offer additional opportunities for building on the family's faith and deepening their relationship with Jesus.

All sessions are held at Holy Family as follows:

Grades K-5    Sundays after Masses or Monday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Grades 6-8     Sundays 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Grades 9-12   Sundays 6:15-8:00 pm

Peer Ministry - for those already Confirmed
Peer Ministry is a leadership program for teens who have experienced Jesus’ love in their own formation that deepens their faith and prepares them to share it with their peers. It is an opportunity for continual formation and to be active disciples among their peers.  They help the youth minister with High School, Confirmation prep, and other events. Meetings are held at least once per month.

Catholic School children
Children attending Catholic schools are welcome to attend any of our sessions free of charge.  We encourage you to contact us to let us know that your children are attending so we can ensure that you are included in any correspondence relating to events. Children attending Catholic schools are only required to attend the classes or meetings that are held for the preparation of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation.
